"Green List" Qualification
New Zealand Diploma in Construction (Level 6) strand in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying are on the government's Green List for occupational skills shortages. If you complete this programme, you may be eligible for a two-year Post Study Work Visa. For more information, click here.

NCEA Level 2 which must include:
12 credits in Literacy Level 1 or above and 12 credits in Mathematics (excluding Statistics) Level 2 or above or
a minimum NZQCF L3 construction related qualification or equivalent skills and knowledge
International Students:
International learners must meet the equivalent academic requirements.
English Language:
Academic IELTS score of 6 with no band score lower than 5.5, or equivalent Internationally Recognised English Proficiency test.
