"Green List" Qualification
New Zealand Diploma in Construction (Level 6) strand in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying are on the government's Green List for occupational skills shortages. If you complete this programme, you may be eligible for a two-year Post Study Work Visa. For more information, click here.
International students are required to attend on-campus classes at NZMA Sylvia Park Campus to comply with Immigration New Zealand's full-time study visa requirements.
